Preparation for Getting Paid
Please return a completed, signed, and dated W-9 as soon as possible. The accounts payable department requires us to have an updated W-9 on file in order to process any payment. Please note: we need a new W-9 anytime you change address because the "payment to" address and address on the W-9 must match.
